1. Account Registration & Authentication
To access ManageExpiry features, you may register an account using your email address, full name, phone number, or authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication.
- You agree not to use unauthorized third-party automated tools to access our services.
2. Phone Number & WhatsApp Notification Service
ManageExpiry provides automated expiry alert dispatching using your registered phone number via WhatsApp and push notifications.
- You consent to receive automated WhatsApp notification messages regarding your product manufacturing (MFG) dates and expiry (EXP) dates.
- Delivery of WhatsApp notifications depends on cellular carrier availability, device battery optimization, and active WhatsApp account status.
3. Camera Scanning & Product Data
ManageExpiry offers camera-based label scanning to assist in logging product names, photos, MFG dates, and EXP dates. Users retain ownership of their captured images and product records.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Health Notice
ManageExpiry is an organizational helper tool and is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.
- ManageExpiry is not a medical, pharmaceutical, or food safety authority.
- Users remain solely responsible for evaluating food freshness, verifying medicine package expiration, and inspecting product safety labels.
- ManageExpiry is not liable for illness, health issues, or financial loss resulting from expired items or missed notification alerts.
5. Account Deletion & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. To request account deletion and removal of your email, name, phone number, and product records, visit our Delete Account Request Page or contact support@manageexpiry.com.
